This weekend, Komala and Gregor will be offering an embodied experience relating to the energy of our ancestors through constellation work, systemic rituals, meditation, prayer and sharing.

We will explore different layers of our ancestral field, focusing on meeting the strengthening, supportive, and healthy elements present in our ancestors.

We will reconnect with the strength and wisdom of the past to support the healing of traumatic and incomplete energies in the ancestral field that are reflected in current life situations.

The workshop includes movement, voice expression, and group rituals. Participants are encouraged to bring in life questions and current issues regarding family, work, health, relationships, sexuality etc.

Every participant will have the space to engage and be part of the process, whether through a constellation, by participating in systemic rituals, or by witnessing the process itself.

Komala and Gregor have been leading workshops and trainings on integral development and embodied spirituality internationally for over two decades. They love the creativity of holding healing spaces together.

The “The Right to Be” workshop comes from their shared practices on Systemic Constellation, Systemic Ritual®, Core Shamanism, Somatic Experiencing® and Open Voice work, in combination with a variety of therapeutic methods and practices from different spiritual traditions, psychotherapy, bodywork and meditation.
