Awakened Feminine (Advanced module) – Temple of Creativity, Wisdom and Meditation
This is an invitation to return home – to our bodies, feelings, and our souls.
In this module, the goddess Saraswati will be our inspirational guide.
She is the goddess of speech, music, language, meditation, silence, consciousness, creativity, mental intelligence, intuition, insight, clarity, conscious expression, and spiritual recognition.
Saraswati is one of my favourite teachers, and I am deeply grateful for the many ways she is present in my life. I would like to share these with you.
We will delve into the innate creative essence of our female bodies and psyche, which can manifest in projects, new ideas, singing, dancing, painting, gardening, cooking delicious meals, connecting with others, as well as in pregnancy and raising children.
We find creativity in studying and learning new things, building connections and nurturing relationships, and discovering the endless ways in which our energy expresses itself in life.
We will address the following questions and topics as a way to activate our natural creative potential:
• Inspiration, self-expression, and our innate creativity
• Our view of pregnancy and motherhood, and how this connects with the possibility of being a sexual and spiritual woman
• Bringing awareness and light to the beliefs we carry within ourselves about being a woman
• Discovering how our thinking patterns and words can become the foundation for creating our reality and our relationships
• Deepening our understanding of meditation and mindfulness practices
• Connecting with our inner vision and expanding our intuition
• Working with sound and spontaneous singing, intuitive drawing, and dance
In this circle, we will combine the unique qualities of each of us and use them as precious ingredients to create something fresh and new.
* This module is open to participants of all previous Awakened Feminine Trainings and is limited to 30 women.
